It’s time to set off on a brand-new adventure with the Ticket to Ride Nordic Expansion! Ride across the northern reaches, connect colourful cities, and complete tickets from the top of Iceland to the southern border of Denmark!

– Meet two new characters to guide you across the Nordic countries. Play as Mina Larsen, a cheerful reindeer herder who is wrapped up warm in preparation for the snowy northern lands, and Morten Jensen, an elegant author with bold ambitions to collect as many Nordic folklore stories as train tickets!

– Add the charming Arctic Express and the titanic Frosthammer to your fleet of locomotives!

– Whether you’re transporting passengers or cargo, make sure you have carriages ready to handle the Nordic weather. Trust the Snowdrifter to keep its passengers warm and snug as they travel from city to city, and to reach new heights, pick the towering Hearthside double-decker carriage!

– New game features! The Globetrotter bonus is awarded to the player with the most completed tickets, and now, you’ll get five tickets dealt at the start.

– 40 train pieces instead of 45 to make connecting the Nordic cities more challenging!

– On ferry routes, swap three cards for a locomotive card!

– Full steam ahead to a new Ticket to Ride challenge! The sprawling Murmansk-Lieksa route demands a whopping nine trains in order to be claimed. Plan your strategy carefully to ensure you can command the longest route in the game so far! Need a little help? Combine four cards to create a card matching the base colour you’re using for this special route.
