About This Game

Space Travellers is a unique open-world sandbox space simulator. The player has complete freedom of decision and movement. You can travel to familiar places in the Solar System and adjacent systems, or explore over 2000 unexplored distant worlds.

All planets can be landed on and explored. Explore the universe, there are plenty of adventures waiting for you! Travel planets, cities, trade, fight. You will also encounter alien life forms and experience danger.

Story

1957: the first artificial satellite, Sputnik 1, is launched

1961: Man flew into space for the first time. His name was Yuri Alexeyevich Gagarin

1969: The Apollo program culminated. On July 20, 1969, humans first set foot on the surface of the moon. Neil Armstrong was the first man to step on the surface. That’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.

1990: The U.S.A. sent the Hubble Space Telescope into earth orbit to explore the distant universe.

1996: Intensive exploration of Mars began with several missions sent by the U.S.A. This research later led to the complete colonization of the planet.

1998: the construction of the International Space Station (ISS) began. All space agencies participated in the construction. The station was operated until 2040.

2008: SpaceX’s first private spacecraft, the Falcon 1, is launched. The company also begins to develop the revolutionary Starship rocket. The goal of the project is to colonize Mars and the Moon.

2013: the Voyager 1 spacecraft becomes the first man-made object to leave the solar system

2035: private companies’ share of spacecraft operations exceeds 50%

2040: construction of the first lunar base

2053: construction of the first base on the planet Mars

2100: private companies and nation states gradually populate the entire solar system

2140: the largest private space companies merge into a mega-company called Imperium

2180: wormhole technology and faster-than-light travel are invented.

2210: construction of the first stargate connecting the solar system to the nearest system, Alpha Centauri

2250: The closest known universe is linked by space gates. A huge expansion of space companies follows.

2270: many life forms found on exoplanets

2285: autonomous stargate technology is implemented, using which large parts of the unknown universe are connected. An era of exploration of unknown systems begins.

2301: Intelligent life forms are found and gradually assimilate into human civilization.

2305: Nation states agree to jointly manage the solar system. The United Nations administers the solar system.

2320: The Imperium forcibly occupies the entire Barnard’s Star system. The war in the system lasts for 20 years, with millions of casualties. The Alliance of Independent States is defeated in the system and the company declares a new empire in the system called: the Holy Empire. The empire has a new ruler: the Emperor.

2342: The war with the Empire spills over into all border systems, with alternating successes for the parties involved.

Your team of specialists
Your ship has a team of specialists who can carry out special missions on the move.

Explorer
Depending on the type of ship, you have a full complement of equipment in the cargo hold for your explorer. It can land on planets, discover new systems, land in cities, trade and, if necessary, use weapons.

Fighter pilot
Your ship has fighters that you can use for specialized missions. Your specialist is very good, you will have many battles ahead of you.

Specialist Soldier
Where things don’t go well, brute force is needed. This specialist is trained to kill. So he can come in handy in situations where you need to fight on the ground.
