Lindwyrm is a roguelike ARPG that combines exploration and village building. Explore a vast underground dungeon full of unknown creatures and rebuild a destroyed village according to your ideas. Expect challenging player Co-Op experience with shared HP pool.

• In between exploring the dungeon, you will support the locals to rebuild their village
• Each progress made will support your hero on his journey, unlock new shops, quests or areas

Lindwyrm contains a rich ensemble of different creatures with many of them based on German / European folklore, like the eponymous Lindwyrm, revenants or goblins. Depending on the setup of the respective dungeon, the enemies will challenge the player with different skills or elemental attacks / resistances.

There are no pre-defined classes in Lindwyrm. The set of skills you will use is solely determined by the currently equipped weapon. Being it a staff with magical projectiles only, a hammer with lightning and melee abilities or a sword that can cast spears of ice; it‘s your choice to define the hero you want to play. Depending on their rarity, each weapon will provide up to four different skills.

STORY SYNOPSIS

Ancient monsters commanded by dragons terrorise the residents of a peaceful village when a travelling hero’s destiny crosses their path to unravel the mysteries of a long-forgotten civilisation. With a strong bond forged under the fires and sweat of a town being rebuild from the ground, the hero will not only become friends with the villagers but learn more about the dark past of this strange world he traversed into. A world, in which each decision made will have impact to not only the hero’s quest but the lives of the villagers.
Lindwyrm’s use of German and European creatures and hero tales offer a change from the usual fantasy worlds and will retell the well-known and the forgotten stories.
