Ancient world

It’s 10 000 before Christ. You’ll have to navigate the arduous path of human development from the Paleolithic to the Iron Age. The game features a massive technology tree that will dramatically change your play style and transform the look of your settlement beyond recognition.

Game features

• The main objective is to choose a strategy (one of three) and become the best among the other settlements.
• The gameplay is divided into days. Each day is a turn in terms of turn-based strategy.
• A world map that can be explored and on which you can interact with neighboring settlements and other objects.
• An unusual square landscape and the ability to change it as you like.
• Non-standard building grid of irregular quadrangles.
• Gameplay and settlement changes depending on the current era.

The main goal

This is not just a sandbox. You have to compete with neighboring settlements with their own desires and ambitions. This means that your task is to become the best. Choose one of the strategies you will stick to for the rest of the game. You can go the military route, becoming a conqueror, turning your neighbors into vassals and instilling fear in everyone. Or you can choose the trade path – you’ll get unique opportunities for mass production of goods and different tricks to sell valuable resources. Or the cultural path – you will create various masterpieces and explore ancient ruins in the surrounding wild world to increase the cultural value of your civilization.

The main thing is to survive!

The ancient world is full of dangers. Get food and resources. Survive the harsh winter – you need to stockpile enough food and warm clothing to do so. Build a protective wall and watchtowers. At first you will only be disturbed by wild, hungry animals. But then a more serious threat will come – you will be besieged by hordes of nomads and barbarians. Or will you cross your neighbor’s path? Then he will want revenge and will send his army to your lands.

Invent and adapt

Witness the agrarian revolution. Invent bronze and iron tools. Build new buildings and devise new ways to get food. Adapt to unusual terrain – you’ll have to learn how to build ladders on slopes and bridges over ravines. Or you can simply level a hill with shovels!
